We Buy Gold Dust from Gold Miners in Africa and then we sell "Gold Bars" to our End Buyers. We work as a team, with full disclosure.
Due to our End Buyers' requests, at this time we need Gold Dust delivered to a refinery situated at Accra Ghana.
The Gold Miner must be willing to bring the Gold to be assayed at ASAP VASA Refinery at Accra, Ghana and be paid right after smelting.
Note: Initially, I am the Buyer, (A. Dalli) then I sell the Gold to my End Buyers. My End Buyer's name will be disclosed once my Contract is completed and signed by the Gold Miner and sent back to me.
Our policy and the policy of our End Buyers: "No up-front money" for any reason.
Our procedure and that of our End Buyers' procedure, (having ASAP VASA Refinery at Accra, Ghana doing the assay) is simple and is as follows:
1) Our Contract will first need to be completed and signed by the actual Gold Owner/Miner. If the Gold Miner is a Corporation, an authorized person must sign the Contract.
2) Once we receive the completed Contract from the Gold Miner, I will then sign the Contract and then the Contract will be sent back to the Gold Miner.
3) The Gold Owner, as per our Contract, gives us a Day and Time that he will bring the Gold to ASAP VASA Refinery at Accra.
4) In turn we obtain a Purchase Order from our End Buyer.
5) We in turn will send the Purchase Order to the Gold Miner.
6) The Gold Miner will then take his Gold and the Purchase Order to ASAP VASA Refinery at Accra, and after the Gold is Assayed, the Gold Miner will then be Paid. (By Check or by Bank wire transfer; Gold Miner's choice) To see the contract that we utilize, see: Contract "B".
The above is our End Buyers' simple procedure, therefore DALLI'S procedure is the same; hence this procedure cannot be changed...
